Op dit moment is het in de Glowedge mobiele app niet mogelijk om een e-mail volledig te lezen terwijl je erop reageert in Conversations. Bij langere mails met veel details moet de gebruiker heen en weer scrollen, wat inefficiënt en foutgevoelig is. Probleem: Gebruikers moeten voortdurend heen en weer schakelen tussen lezen en schrijven. Risico op fouten bij het beantwoorden van mails of missen van details. Vermindert snelheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de app. Voorgestelde oplossing: Split-screen of overlay mode: mail blijft zichtbaar terwijl je antwoord typt. Alternatief: “sticky preview” van de mail boven het antwoordveld. Optie om inline scroll te hebben zodat je beide tegelijk kunt bekijken. Impact: Betere UX voor mobiele gebruikers. Minder fouten bij antwoorden op complexe of lange mails. Efficiënter werken in de app, hogere tevredenheid bij leadbeheer.

Gebruikers willen hun Spotify for Creators-account koppelen aan Glowedge om podcast- en muziekstatistieken direct inzichtelijk te maken, én om afleveringen of tracks direct via Glowedge te publiceren naar Spotify en andere podcast-platformen. Probleem: Creators moeten nu apart inloggen op Spotify for Creators voor data. Geen centrale plek om data te combineren met Glowedge marketing en automation. Publicatie moet nog handmatig via een host plaatsvinden. Voorgestelde oplossing: Data-integratie: OAuth-koppeling met Spotify for Creators om statistieken (streams, luisteraars, regio’s, trends) zichtbaar te maken in Glowedge dashboards. Publicatie via Glowedge: Glowedge genereert een RSS-feed voor podcasts/muziek. RSS-feed kan gekoppeld worden aan Spotify/Apple Podcasts/Google Podcasts. Automatisering kan de aflevering automatisch bij hosts uploaden en marketingacties triggeren. Workflow-optimalisatie: Combineer luisterdata met marketing automation, funnels, e-mail en community posts. Impact: Één centrale hub voor creatie, distributie en analyse. Originele bestandsnamen behouden bij e-mailbijlagen & gesprekken
Momenteel worden alle bestanden die via gesprekken of mailbijlagen binnenkomen automatisch hernoemd naar een willekeurige lange string van cijfers/letters. Dit maakt het lastig om direct te herkennen om welk type bestand het gaat (scripts, graphics, audio, video). Gebruikers moeten nu elk bestand downloaden en openen om te zien wat het is. Probleem: Onherkenbare bestandsnamen veroorzaken extra handelingen. Bestanden moeten handmatig gecheckt en hernoemd worden. Inefficiëntie bij teams die dagelijks veel media ontvangen. Voorgestelde oplossing: Originele bestandsnamen behouden bij upload via gesprekken & e-mailbijlagen. Unieke ID kan indien nodig achter de bestandsnaam toegevoegd worden om conflicten te voorkomen (bijv. briefing.pdf → briefing_12345.pdf). Consistent maken met Glowedge Drive, waar dit al correct gebeurt. Impact: Sneller werken met bestanden. Minder frustratie bij gebruikers. Betere workflow & archivering.

This would be game changing for anyone who is making recorded sales calls. Momenteel synchroniseert Glowedge de Outlook-kalender alleen met basisinformatie (datum, tijd, titel, notities). Bijlagen en links van afspraken worden niet meegenomen, vooral wanneer de gebruiker niet de organisator is. Dit verminderd het volledige gebruik van de agenda binnen Glowedge en zorgt voor handmatige workarounds. Gewenste functionaliteit / oplossing: Synchroniseer bijlagen (PDF, Word, Excel, afbeeldingen) en links uit Outlook-afspraken naar Glowedge. Optioneel per gebruiker of per afspraak te activeren. Notities en bestaande gegevens blijven behouden. Voordeel: Klanten hebben volledige context van afspraken in Glowedge, ook als ze niet de organisator zijn. Vermindert supportverzoeken en handmatige workarounds. Verbetert de gebruikerservaring en workflow.

Allow custom values to be updated with forms
Currently, there seems to be 2 ways to update custom values, go to settings > custom values and "hack away" or build a form somewhere else and use Zapier/Make to update custom values through the API. I would like to suggest that GE add the custom values to the form editor to allow us to create a form that will allow us to edit custom values in a slightly more controlled way. So allow a form created in an account to update the custom values for that account, that is my ask.

Add business card OCR scan to the mobile app
Allow creation of a contact on the mobile app by scanning a business card and pertinent fields filled in automatically via OCR. When attending networking events and other in-person interactions, collecting business cards and manually importing them later is really time intensive and error prone. It would be very convenient to have the user click the plus icon, when in contact mode, and be given the option to either enter contact manually (using pencil icon or similar) OR via a scan (using camera icon). Then when the user takes a picture of the card, the system would match those fields (user can verify) and store the person as a contact right then and there.

Attach PDF to Invoice
We desperately need the ability to attach invoices as PDFs to outgoing emails. Yes there is the ability to generate the PDF once the link is opened but this is not what is meant by "attaching a PDF" We want the ability to have the PDF as an attachment to the email that's sent to the customer. Award points based on completion of specified goals (i.e. successful completion of quizzes). Points could translate to earning badges or certificates or other prizes). Include a leaderboard to promote friendly competition. Add ability to unlock course content based on achievement of points, badges, etc.

In Community> Settings> in the left sidebar add a "Send" Newsletter tab. Much like creating a post (Text/images/links) allow us to send timely newsletters to everyone in our communities. If possible a template using email builder could be selected or a default newsletter template using the Community branding elements. The community users emails are pre segmented as recipients of the newsletter, (it might be good to have an option to toggle off/on newsletter in their profile UI). Much like the planned social planner allow us to schedule newsletters ahead of time. It might even make sense for all this to happen in the social planner.

If I have a group of 50 people, and one channel is for the 10 people who have VIP access to information, I would like to do that by adding a channel called "#VIP" so that channel becomes locked to everyone else except the VIPs, instead of making two separate groups.
